There are no refunds, so please unless you and your guests are 21 or over do not reserve a room as the one night charge will still apply.

Security Deposit Required For Each Reservation - $100.00 on a major credit card - CASH CANNOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT.



• We DO NOT accept Pre-Paid, All Access, Gift, H&R Block...cards for the security deposit.  Please have a major credit or debit card at check in for the required $100.00 security deposit. This deposit is not part of your room charges.  This is not a purchase, but a hold on your credit card until you check out of the hotel.  Your room charges are separate from this security deposit.

• Credit Card you reserve with MUST be present at check in, if you plan to use a different card at check in then the card you reserved with, and you do not have the original card with you at check in there will be a 20% service charge to refund the original card.  

• CARDHOLDER must be PRESENT at CHECK IN

• To ensure your accommodation is what you need for your stay, please do not arrive with more people than what you reserved for.

• Confirmed Reservations are held Until 10:00 PM 

• There is a 72hour cancellation policy

Pre-registration will occur up to  72hrs prior to your reservation date - if your credit card declines during this process, your reservation is automatically cancelled.  Re-instated reservations are subject to availability and rate change.

• Same day reservations, or reservation made beyond the 72 hour cancellation period CANNOT be cancelled and are subject to the one night room rate charge.  Credit Card is charged at the time the reservation is made.
